While we attempt at ensuring our packaging is performed to the best standards, things do happen. Your package may arrive damaged. Please take note of the below requirements.
Enjoy free 30 day returns. All returns must be made using the original box and inside packaging it arrived with. Please ensure the item is properly secured to prevent damage during return shipping. Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. They will not accept an item if it cannot be restocked.
In case of damages, we may need to file a claim with the shipper. Each shipper has their own requirements, but all will require proof of damage. This mainly includes images and answering a few questions. In such cases we will will need your co-operation in filing a timely claim with all the necessary requirements. If your item arrive damaged, please take pictures before opening the package and after opening. Note you may also refuse delivery as well. If doing so, take a picture. We cannot have too many pics.
We also offer an additional 60 Day Warranty to cover repairs against defects or malfunction. Note, only the defective portion of the purchase must be returned if claiming against defects. Speaker Enclosures are exempt from our 60 day warranty. Please contact us if you have any questions.
