The 25 mm / 1" high-end tweeter BRAX GRAPHIC GL1 is the first of its kind that comes with an innovative ceramic aluminium dome. Its sophisticated material requires a complex manufacturing process in which a plasma flame melts a ceramic powder on the surface of an aluminium substrate. The result is a tweeter dome that combines outstanding stability with low moving mass and high inner damping - perfectly made for brilliant and compression-free treble reproduction. The integrated, with Merino wool damped coupling volume reduces the resonance frequency and therefore allows lower crossover frequencies.The pure and aesthetic design, made from solid stainless steel does not solely look noble but ensures perfect heat dissipation as well. The mounting ring with fine thread warrants a seamless and decent integration into the car's interior whereas the 12 times drilled neodymium magnet is optimized for highest linear magnetic flux. Finally the recessed, 24-carat gold plated terminal reduces contact resistances to almost zero and the rigid grille perfectly protects the sensitive diaphragm.
Like all BRAX speakers each pair of tweeters has its own serial number, properly recorded in our data base. Needless to say that such valuable products will be delivered in a noble, wooden box emphasizing the approach and the philosophy of the BRAX brand.

MicroSphere – the material for maximum acoustic precision The unique "MicroSphere" coating of the 165 mm / 6.5" high-end GRAPHIC GL6 MK2 mid woofers ensures outstanding sonic performance. With this patented technology, ceramic micro hollow spheres with a diameter of only 75 µm are embedded in a polymer layer and applied to the cone. This special coating guarantees perfect inner damping without negatively affecting the diaphragm weight. Instead, the innovative treatment increases the stiffness of the hand-scooped cone and allows this exceptional speaker to perform even more dynamically and accentuated.
Perfection – redefinedBRAX would not live up to its claim if our striving for perfection did not result in constant improvements to details. The GL6 comes with a new dust cap made of particularly soft polyurethane that ensures an even more balanced frequency response in the midrange and thus maximum tonal neutrality.
Even the smallest detail countsAll components of the GL6 reflect the BRAX philosophy without anyexception. The extremely stable die-cast aluminum basket signals unshakeable solidity, whereas the highly precisely manufactured magnet system in conjunction with the 37 mm, 3 Ohms voice coil not only offers ideal Thiele/Small parameters for the best possible impulse response, but also warrants high efficiency. A perfect team with maximum tonal harmonyThe high-end midrange driver GL3 is the next member of the successful BRAX GRAPHIC speaker series and the ideal complement for exceptional three-way constellations in combination with the tweeter GL1 and the mid-woofer GL6. Its lively, dynamic sound characteristics and its particularly wide frequency range make the GL3 ideal for an extraordinary acoustical experience.
MicroSphere – the material for maximum acoustic precisionThe centerpiece of this midrange is its particularly light paper cone with a modified "MicroShere" coating. Its extremely precise and detailed reproduction harmonizes perfectly with the other speakers in the GRAPHIC series. This patented technology embeds ceramic micro hollow spheres with a mere diameter of 75 µm in a polyamide layer that is applied to the cone.
State-of-the-art technologyThe cone is driven by a particularly linear neodymium magnet system, which is integrated into the aerodynamically sophisticated die-cast aluminium basket. The perfect ventilation of the long-stroke voice coil not only ensures excellent thermal stability, but also prevents compression effects right from the start.
