Now for the stuff I absolutely have to put in this listing.
Item will be shipped USPS priority mail, with insurance, to the lower 48 and will be packaged to arrive safely. Any shipping damages must be reported to me, with pictures, within 24-48 hours. I ship items out daily depending on the time the auction ends. I have zero control over the speed in which the item arrives to you. We are both at the mercy of USPS in that regards.
Shipping Damages: I need to be notified within 24hrs with pictures showing the damage to the package and the item to start any claim process. The sooner I am notified the better for both of us.
No International Shipping Period.
If you have an issue with the item, or service please give me the opportunity to resolve it first. It’s as simple as sending me a message, I tend to respond with in 1-2 hours between the hours of 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Weekends may take a little longer but I assure you, I will respond ASAP.
General Item Returns: Generally speaking I don’t allow returns on items, but if there is an issue with the item that can’t be resolved I will definitely accept a return. As long as the damage was of no fault of the buyer. The item must packaged and shipped in the manner it was sent. Refunds will be issued after item is confirmed returned in the same condition it was sent. Depending on the issue buyer may be required to pay for the return shipping.
Electronic Item Returns: I do not accept any return on electronics as there are to many people who incorrectly install or misuse the item. Also there are people out there that will swap parts. I place a security label on all electronic items to ensure the item was not tampered with it’s the only way to protect me from thieves. Now if the item arrives DOA the buyer will need to contact me within 48 hours to resolve the matter.
