I had this amp fully tested by a engineer for Rockford Fosgate and the amp tested perfect. Rockford Fosgate is located here in Arizona. Amp is complete with original and also a Brand New OEM harness as well. Also,includes BOTH the Bass and Treble knobs (which are always missing). These Punch Amps are what made Rockford what they are today.  You cannot even COMPARE today's current amps to the Punch  from the 80's and 90's, these puppies ROCK!! Way underrated.
